Creates and maintains shopping carts, purchase orders, and good receipts in SCEIS for the following services; multiple on-going maintenance contracts; construction materials and rental equipment for maintenance activities; service requests for Orangeburg Maintenance complex, and Springfield Section Shed.
In accordance with Procurement Policy, utilizes a procurement card to purchase goods and services under $2,500.
Maintains proper inventory of supplies used in office at Orangeburg complex, and Springfield Section Shed.
In accordance with Procurement Policy, solicits and awards written quotes from qualified sources and attaches to shopping cart on Form 3085.
Manages and maintains required files for auditing by internal and external auditors.
Coordinates and executes purchases for state of emergency situations as declared by the Governor.
Stays current on product availability through State and Agency Contracts.
Maintains office copy of State Purchasing Contract notebook.
Receives and records information from the public; inputs information into HMMS and dispatches to appropriate personnel utilizing a two-way radio.
Performs other duties as assigned.
A high school diploma and six (6) months of work experience that is directly related to the area of employment.
Relevant experience may substitute for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
