General Job
Summary:
Land/grounds maintenance.
Operate and care for Plantation land and maintenance equipment.
Principle duties and
Responsibilities:
Grass cutting, edging, gardening, and basic clean up Safely operates equipment such as large mowers, chainsaws, brush cutters and four wheel drive vehicles.
Maintains maintenance and keeps in good repair.
Cleans machinery after each use Inspects machinery after each use Reports machinery/equipment problems to supervisor Makes necessary minor adjustments and repairs to equipment Communicates well with guests, Supervisors and fellow staff members.
Must be self-motivated and able to work adjustable hours for some events.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities required:
One year experience in lawn care a must.
Tractor and small engine knowledge preferred.
