Orangeburg Area Mental Health Center/OAMHC provides mental health services to individuals in Orangeburg, Calhoun, Bamberg and Holly Hill Counties.
To perform under general supervision of maintenance and trades-related duties needing a high degree of skill and technical knowledge, providing coverage of 4 facilities preserving equipment and assets.
Responsible for the cleanliness of all 4 centers on a daily basis.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, scrub, wax, and polish floors, walkways, halls, offices, meeting rooms, and restrooms.
Empty Trash interior and exterior trash cans daily.
Working collaboratively with the RILS Occupational Training Coordinator to monitor and assign tasks to TEP workers as required.

Maintain exterior walkways and grounds.
Removing all debris left by storms and regular growth cycles.
3.
Monitor and maintain an inventory of necessary cleaning supplies for buildings and grounds.
Ensures all centers are maintained to include informing supervisors that there are building upkeep needs that may require Maintenance assistance.
4.
Assist in moving and arranging furniture.
5.
Assist with the movement of assigned vehicles for servicing and cleanings.
6.
Ensures adherence to the agency's Corporate Compliance Policies and Plan.
7.
Completes all DMH required training and seeks opportunities to advance knowledge/skills related to job duties.
8.
Ensures that the center is CARF-ready in areas relevant to job duties.
9.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Experience in custodial, housekeeping, or pest control work directly related to the area of employment.
