Orangeburg Area Mental Health Center is part of the South Carolina Department of Mental Health.
Orangeburg Area Mental Health Center/OAMHC provides mental health services to individuals in Orangeburg, Calhoun, Bamberg and Holly Hill Counties.
Under the general supervision of the Director of Administration, manage the community housing program, which includes communication with vendors and clients, drafting, renewing contracts, and keeping them up to date.
resolve payment discrepancies and coordinate to backfill vacant units.
Also, assist AR/AP Manager with POs and other related functions.

Manage community housing program.
Coordinate and assist with the housing needs of patients.
Duties include but are not limited to, assisting patients in achieving immediate and long-term housing goals.
Work with patients to create an Individual Housing Plan.
Advocate on behalf of patients to landlords and Housing agencies.
Communicate with vendors and clients and resolve issues.

Draft, Manage, and Renew contracts (housing and non-housing contract).

Process Community housing payments and keep the housing spreadsheet up to date.

Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual housing reports.
5.
Ensures that center is CARF-ready in areas relevant to job duties and assists D.
A with gathering CARF-related information.
6.
Completes all DMH required training and seeks opportunities to advance knowledge/skills related to job duties.
7.
Other related administrative duties as assigned.
State - MT & E :
A high school diploma and professional experience in a related area such as community engagement, contracts, accounting, auditing, finance, or commercial lending.
AGENCY MT&E:
A bachelor's degree, (15) semester hours in accounting or high school, and substantial relevant experience.
